Guangzhou or was known as Canton is located in the far southern part of China, is the capital of the Guangzhou province and is the third largest city in China with history dating back 2,200 years The first and second largest city being Beijing and Shanghai.

Guangzhou is probably the richest capital in Chinese, being home to the world’s greatest electronics’ market called Huaqiangbei based in the city of Shenzhen. The city is also known for its shopping and countless of restaurants.  

Guangzhou climate can be described as sub-tropical influenced by the East Asian Monson with temperatures ranging from 0c (32F) 39c (102F)

The city has a major airport Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport which is the hub for Southern part of China serving Macau. The airport is base for one of three China’s airlines “Southern Airline”.
